Poseidon HO41 is a specially developed polyolefin (PO) hot melt adhesive designed for bonding EPE foam, foam sheets, and other lightweight cushioning materials.

Foam substrates typically present challenges such as low surface energy, high elasticity, and porous structure. HO41 is formulated to overcome these issues by delivering excellent wetting behaviour and deep surface penetration during application, ensuring a stable and uniform bonding interface.

After cooling, it forms a tough yet flexible adhesive layer that maintains integrity even under repeated compression and mechanical stress, making it ideal for protective packaging and foam assembly applications.
